This one day course is aimed at Managers and Supervisors of Hotels, Guesthouses, Pubs and Restaurants.  The course provides delegates with  training on the specific health and safety issues associated with the hospitality sector including the law, common hazards, risk assessment and the practical measures that can be taken to minimise risks.  On completion of the course delegates will be sent a certificate of training.  Buffet lunch will be provided.
