This one day course is aimed at construction site operatives and provides delegates with a good understanding of the health and safety issues on construction sites and practical measures that can be taken to minimise risks.  Buffet lunch will be provided.

• Site operatives responsibilities and their contribution to site safety
• How to prevent accidents, unsafe acts and reporting
• The requirement to risk assess and safe systems of work
• Site safety management on the site
• Working safely on site
• An appreciation of working at height, excavations, confined spaces, manual handling, electrical safety, COSHH, vibration, noise, plant and

  equipment, site transport, welfare, personal protective equipment, first aid, fire precautions and emergency procedures.
 

On successful completion of the course delegates will be sent a certificate of training.
